i called titanium b4 heading down ION if they have the narrow shoulders naked figure by hot toys. this figure will fit well for the head sculpt and suit set for tony stark.

while we'll there lucas, my wife and the maid were waiting in the movie room, essentially i bought more things like some dvds for us and lucas and some cds, incl lady gaga cd for myself. yes i'm super outdated. infact i only came to know her thru singtel's mobile phone music store and her collaboration with marilyn manson on her song "love game".

ok her sexual mis-orientation or rumor of her being a hermie got me more interested ...

again titanium essentially is gramophone music in disguise with a cooler name to fit ION's image. funzcentre boss said they were rejected for their bid to be in ION for their non international status. titanium has a so-so selection of blu-rays, ok plenty of cds and dvds, and a great shelf of toys displayed .... from transformers to hot toys to medicom to enterbay to CG girl ....

toy shelf and cd shelf relocation

i've relocated my cd and toy shelf to my dad's room to makes space for more cupboards amongst many news .... here's the new breakdown ....

level 4 (top) consist now of miscellaneous toys ....

level 3 are the 12inch all stars

level 2 generally are sideshow star wars 12inch figures .... but extra space occupied by 2 jokers, no pun intended.

level 1 (bottom) are medicom star wars 12inch figures .... many of these are disintegration stage.

and on my desk is sideshow luke and hot toys duenan over a nice hefty toy stand. at the back the bruce brothers.

a gift from my wife

i slept like the longest time this morning. 9hours. been having plenty of shoulder aches lately and that leads up to tension headaches. annoying.

jango's head on other medicom figures

what's beneath boba fett's helm is a wrapped head with a blank face. since boba is a unaltered clone of jango, and clone troopers are also modified clones of jango, they should resemble actor temeura morrison, just like in the movies. 

medicom's 1/6th jango fett has a decent head sculpt of the actor .... below is how boba and a shock trooper might look like with a jango head ....

yes these adult toys are expensive, it's nice tohave them still mint in box .... but the the fun factor is missing if u dont take em out and twist their arms.

had cancelled my previous pre-order for a complete set of these cute 60% star wars be@rbrick by medicom found only in japan with a bottle of pepsi nex. the complete set sells at $80 for 16 pieces, resulting in $5 each, i bought 2 of them at $15 at CSC, a EPII clone commander + vader .... other cute ones re chewie, the imperial logo and maybe a stormtrooper

added to my phone .... this phone hangs too frequent ....

these fellows are taking centre stage, it's a good star wars revival year .... "i'm a jedi, like my father before me ...."

bought a medicom 12inch shock trooper from suntec 2day. visited simply toys to check on things but found this fellow from another shop.

what i'm missing is the commander EPII commander clone trooper (SWShop  / SW Japan Celebration Exclusive) apprx SGD250 if shipped from SWShop.com . and the 501st EPIII clone trooper SGD250. i saw 1 piece of it at the shop i got my figure.

took my EPII medicom clone trooper out of the box 2day. tho it might look like just another medicom trooper, it has does have some nice detailing.  posed here with assajj ventress of sideshow.

bought some stuff again. i've spoke to roy about canceling my HT joker 12inch pre-order and swap for a already cancelled medicom clone trooper. glad he agreed. been a pretty difficult customer of late. bought my wife a blythe shop exclusive doll as well, miss sally rice. 

i tot, a EPII clone trooper at this point, and sticking to my roots, is a better way to distribute my funds correctly now than a spare joker .... moreover, with the heat of clone wars, this is great timing ....

found a rare highly sought after clone trooper from the legacy series at taka. i do have 1 of this clone fellows, non-anaimated ones that i didnt sell, but i want the weapons that comes with this figure, so .... and all for the heat of the clone wars. great excuse.

it's been 2 weeks and kino has not got their stock of "the force unleashed" novel. amazing. bought it at orders, but at a mad price of $47. if i would have got them all from starwarsshop.com, incl my "art and making of", i would have them at the same price i bougth locally and have them signed hen shipped in, a starwarsshop exclusive deal, pity .... bad decisions leads to bad deals.

gave up on haruki murakami's new novel, it's a memoir, not necessary .... and it takes like 1.5mths to finally sight it at kino .... 

singapore toys & comic convention

what am i doing at the singapore toys & comic convention? with a lifeless list of exhibitors that doesnt attract and my selective/streamlining to perfection of toy collecting, i really see no reason being there for this event. nice some folks got invites, and i missed out the registration to get free convention be@rbricks. and on friday pictures of the event was posted up and hey, there's really something nice about it. had old mizu i'll prob wont be there, but in the end i was and she wasnt. azmi said he'll get the bearbricks pair. damn.

prams at a toys and comic convention? i am ok queuing up behind nerds and geeks cos i am truely one in many aspect, but i'm not sorry for accidentally crashing into prams. oh i forgot, exhibitions (previously airport) is the new black. when there's one u'll find kiasu singaporeans with their prams there, and not forgetting the 80 year old grannie holding the baby milk sucka.
