hmv galore

going hmv is always a taboo thing. i asked my colleague if she still need me to get her her book at kino for discount as i'll be heading down to HMV later, she said prob after CNY or LNY the new term used .... she recognized it'll be a bad trip for me. yes indeed, both a bad but fruitful trip ....

the above, babel soundtrack was discarded from my cart as i saw it cheaper at sembawang music centre. in clockwise order from bottom .... bourne ultimatum HD DVD; last week i called em they it wasn't in yet and it's decently priced, the cult born into this limited; an album i had given up after testing it on amazon.com, Unreal tournament 3 soundtrack; what a surprise, halo 3 soundtrack; the piano tune was awesome as heard in the beginning of the game, soler 2007 album; this contains 2 disc and one canto one english; and 3 jay chou cds i bought for my wife. she's been quite a jay chou fan of late.

second tier consist mainly of medicom star wars 12inchers. clockwise from left, medicom yoda, medicom blackhole stormtrooper, medicom ep4 vader, medicom sandtrooper (blocked) medicom ep3 vader, medicom stormtrooper, medicom clone trooper, medicom ep6 luke, medicom boba fett, medicom jango fett.

third tier are clockwise left - hot toys george lucas, sideshow anakin, sideshow darth maul, hot toys beckham "han solo", sideshow qui-gon jin, hasbro death star droid, medicom zombie snake, medicom camo snake.

last tier consist miz=xture of old stuff.

it's 1145pm now. i havent entertain myself for the day.

i got home 8plus was summoned to attend to a fialed computer. all dripping swaet due to the absurb global warming, i fialed to soulve the problem of a missing mouse driver on an ancient pc. the pc was brought back by my sister for my nephew to learn more on pc. but this pc is a fuck mess. windows Me for a start, running on 16color .... and the worst the mouse is missing due missing driver. i had threw away all my windows disc so i really could help.

and my pressure slowly builds.

popped over to falcon's hangar new shop at waterloo centre 2day. i bought myself the copperhead18 DIG limited and a jap bumblebee transformer toy for my wife. she had saw the movie and i hadnt. roy says watch it cos it's a nice movie despite whether if anyone's a transformer fan or otherwise. roy showed me the entire layout of the new falcon's hangar. nice deco, with a chill out area, toy display area with potential promo space, office enuff for all the staff after the doors, and big storage space.

the limited edtion of copperhead-18 DIG comes in 2 separate boxes. the small box contains the helmet, octopus stand.

the amazing certificate stand. this item is heavy.

you'll be surprise only the helmet and the leg is metal. some grills on the helmet is plastic. i dropped the helmet while displaying this figure and the plastic grills broke into pieces. a metal portion came off too. the octopus head and the air tank is plastic. a pity.

i still have glue stains on my fingers. i had bought glue to stick the fallen tap on his chest panel. and when i accidentally apply pressure on other taps at the back, on his air tank, they fall off too. this figure comes with spare taps, spare plastic grills, and space hose stoppers.

a great piece of artwork. but way too fragile, alittle worst comapred to brothersfree brothersworker series. medicom does better job on sturdy toys, hot toys failed miserably. i really wouldnt recommend anyone on this piece of great art. it's a real cool toy but not for the faint hearted like me. did i mentioned the hose doesnt fit well.

my wife told me twiggy had almost chewed off her new blythe's foot. that is saddening. if i see a piece in the streets i'm gonna get her a replacement.

it's nice to end a HMV heeren visit with a old chang kee black pepper curry puff.

a search for rocky blu-ray proved unfruitful ....

a massive jam from bugis to capitol this evening, was later confirmed due to a natinal day rehersal event, and i guess many rushed to watch the fireworks, with all car parks in the vincinity of the marina packed.

no rock at gramaphone, capitol, nothing at sembawang funan. nothing at hmv heeren and nothing too at sony paragon n that CD shop paragon. plenty of places are stocking up these HD disc, but i would reckon HMV heeren n That's Music has the fastest stock.

i also found danzig's lost tapes cd set which mine is enroute from amazon.com. my day ended without rocky, a consolation of a balck pepper curry puff, 1 HD DVD for god knows what reason n a unglamourous purchese of a "made in EU" ozzy new cd titled "black rain".

ok the sound isnt that bad, tho EU cd will always lack depth in the quality of music. track 4 "lay your world on me" proves me worng. and why is blasko playing bass for ozzy ??

a working class hero is something to fear

a busy day since the morning. with a mixture of alcohol n cough tabs in my blood .... i slept at the crazy hour last night, 1130pm.

my day started at 8am .... picked up twiggy at my in-laws to drop her at PAWS vet at bukit purvis for her spaying. twiggs wasnt too friendly so she was muzzled.

some minor deliver at the west v4 we settled for shopping at vivocity. the 26inch hdmi full hd sony tv that i told skyslim about was missing. liked he said, perhaps a peeked to the future. got calls from dolls inc, PAWS the n ultimatley gamescore ....

twigs resting outside her house. she had fasted since last night 10pm. when she got home she served herself with plenty of water n fin her fave canned food solid gold. tho she still walks weak n wobblby, i'm sure she'll sping back in action in no time.

funan was packed as usual. collected my darkness for PS3 n bought a HD Dvd at gramaphone. sembawang music centre started selling a nice range of blurays n hd dvds. prices ranges between gramaphone n hmv heeren. i'm not sure if other brances are stocked too.

a day to forget and a night to remember

met up with ade at heeren, as she was gonna check on her undying need for a particular pair of adidas shoes. glad she tried it and didnt buy, didnt really match well. now she's hyped up by this gucci bag costing 1k.

and my craze go on, 3 HD disc from that's music. i was intending to buy only "night at the museum". elaine offered me a "copy- version" which i declined. i need HD baby.

to my amazement MM arrived within 7days. amazing. i've grew to like Cornell's "carry on", the out of sync la-soundgarden but mellower. a short hunt at borders only revealed euro version of audioslave's "revelation". had to decline again. so i successfully added this album to my yet to ship danzig outtakes cd. that will come in july. also ordered the blue dragon soundtrack from playasia.com ....

elaine says she bought me a purple camo bape tee, what a wife !!!! and one SW 30th anni tee that will ship in july. did i say "what a wife" !!!! thx darling.

in the heat of the moment .... after the bad influence of my wife .... we proceeded to mobilesquare and traded our old phones in for 2 sparkling new SE K810i cybershot phones. we added the martin fields overlays [with additional to protecting the cam lens as well] and 1gig M2 card topped-up .... a great package for the horror couple comeback. i always tot i dont need a PDA SE phone anymore, but a cybershot has long been overdue. time to pamper ourselves again.

dont tell adelene we did it. and i owe here some muffins, chocolate, cheeze and banana, not strawberry.


more hd ??!?!? 2 riddick movies that i was never "into" but i rem pitch black was that little good. elaine was reluctant to go HMV with me, but she did. the kino girls were stocking up and i ravaged their boxes of new shippment to find EGM US. and the force was strong too when i was lured by the darkside to pick up SWI. awesome.

been selling plenty of my treasures of late, getting some returns for my daily life. selling old stuff becomes a habit, like a jedi, no attachments.

a cab came into the yellow box, blocking me, i took my cam, took a pic of him, just to antagonize, and he ultimatley gave way to me when traffic moves on. balless.

my batch of bluray n hd dvd arrived 2day, just b4 i set off to sell virtua fighter 5 off. i am no good seriously in fighting games.
